It's November which means it's time for Movember again. We participated in Movember last year and knew we had to be apart of it again this year. Movember is a charity that helps men who are dealing with mental and physical health problems. As someone who has dealt with mental health, I believe that Movember is breaking the male stigma of "staying quiet" and helping men reach out and letting them know it's okay to not be okay. Everyone deserves support and help and that includes every single male. 74% of suicides in the UK are from men. With Movember they want to help reduce suicides and help men get the help they need.
